• All Beady Queen products are carefully packaged and placed in either a padded envelope or a box. Every order has a tracking number for delivery confirmation.

Return Policy:

• All merchandise is 100% returnable for workmanship quality issues, or a mistake made by us at our expense.
• Complete satisfaction with your Beady Queen design is our goal. When you receive your order please check it carefully. If you are not satisfied with your order, place it back in original packaging. Contact Beady Queen via email at sales@beadyqueen.com within 7 days and you will receive an authorization for the return. Product refunds will not be given without a return authorization.
• You will be responsible for return shipping costs and refunds will be processed once the product has arrived to Beady Queen. After the 7th day this offer will be void.

Home parties allow you and your friends to see in person the actual pieces of jewelry. One advantage of having a home party is having more product available than the online store offers. • An E-party is a great alternative to the traditional, in-home party. Many of us have busy lifestyles and are invited to parties and wish we could attend, but can't. All of your friends, who have internet access, can participate at their convenience. Also, your guests will not feel pressured to buy something. The duration of an online party is typically one to two weeks. A promotion code will be given to you and your guest to use during check out to help track your sales.
